All bookings are subject to availability of hotels and services at the time of confirmation. In case the listed properties are unavailable, similar category accommodations will be provided. Towno reserves the right to amend or modify the itinerary based on on-ground conditions such as weather, road status, or operational requirements.
All transfers and sightseeing will be provided on a point-to-point basis by private vehicle as per the itinerary. Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Rooms will be allocated in the base category, and similar alternatives will be arranged if required.
Payment Terms
Total amount of the hotel cost is required at the time of booking. The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released. Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents: You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 24 hours of the payment made. Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test, travel insurance and other related documents. You are requested to check in online prior to the departure.
