– Airline baggage policies, schedules, and fees follow individual carrier terms; baggage recheck may be required on multi-airline routes.

Payment Terms
– Full or partial payment is required to confirm bookings; no reservations are guaranteed until full payment is received.

– A non-refundable deposit (e.g., 25–50%) may be required at booking, with the remaining balance due 15–30 days before departure.
– Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may lead to automatic cancellation as per the Cancellation Policy.
– Package prices are subject to change until 100% payment is received; rates may vary due to airline/hotel pricing, taxes, or currency fluctuations.
– International packages may involve currency conversion; final costs depend on the exchange rate at payment time, with bank fees borne by the customer.
– Additional charges like government taxes, fuel surcharges, and hotel event surcharges (e.g., New Year gala) are applicable and payable by the customer.
– Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 30 days and issued via the original payment method; non-refundable items include deposits and special offers.
– Costs for baggage, seat selection, in-flight meals, visa fees, or local transport are not included and must be paid directly by the traveler.
– Failed or delayed payments due to insufficient funds or declined transactions may attract admin fees or cancellation.
– E-invoices are issued post-payment; travelers should retain them for visas, reimbursements, or any disputes.
– Unjustified chargebacks may result in legal action or blacklisting; billing concerns must be addressed with Towno support first.
– Personal expenses, entrance fees, guide charges, insurance, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary are not included in the package.
